Terms & Conditions

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Paid places are prioritised, and we cannot hold spaces without payment.
Fees are billed monthly, with the annual cost spread evenly over 12 months, regardless of holidays or number of sessions in a particular month.
If you join part way through a month, a pro-rated payment will be added to your next invoice to cover sessions already taken within that month.
Continued non-payment of fees may result in the suspension or removal of your child from classes without refund.

No refunds are issued for missed sessions due to personal circumstances, including holidays or illness.
If a class must be cancelled due to insufficient numbers, payments for that session will be refunded.
In the event of sessions being cancelled due to severe weather, Academi will offer a make-up session or issue a refund.
If a participant is removed due to bullying, disruptive or unsafe behaviour, no refunds will be given.

Academi reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme without refund if they:
bully or deliberately harm others
consistently misbehave
display behaviour that disrupts learning or compromises safety
Parents/guardians must ensure children follow staff instructions at all times.

All medical conditions must be declared during registration, and any changes must be reported immediately by email to info@theacademigroup.co.uk.
Do not bring your child to class if they have shown any signs of illness within the previous 48 hours.
You consent to basic first aid being administered by a trained member of staff, and for emergency services to be contacted if required.

Participation is at your own risk. Academi and its staff are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damagesustained during sessions.
Children must wear suitable clothing and footwear for physical activity. Academi may refuse participation if clothing/footwear is unsafe.
Academi does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to class.

Parents/guardians are responsible for children before and after the scheduled class time.

Photos/videos may be taken during sessions for training, promotional or social media use.
If you do not consent to your child appearing in media content, you must inform us on your ClassForKids account, or at info@theacademigroup.co.uk.

Academi reserves the right to change class times, instructors or venues. Where possible, parents will be notified in advance.
